We offer telephonic assistance to our clients and in many cases may speedily resolve issues. Data verification prior to VAT submission is also undertaken, and a Bookkeeping service is offered for small companies.

On site Installation and Company setup services are available, as is support for both Accounting and technical problems.

As independent Sage Pastel Agents we provide fee based support for both technical and accounting issues. Our Accounting and technical experience gives us a combination of knowledge that allows us to offer a great depth of support and can we resolve most issues that may occur in your Sage Pastel accounting system.
Business Care Licence

Business Care Licence is a support contract with Sage Pastel themselves and for an annual fee provides for telephonic and email support as well as all software updates and new releases. Cover may also be taken out on a monthly debit order with Sage Pastel at no extra cost. Cover also provides for a limited number of data fixes in the event of your Data becoming corrupted. Another benefit of Business Care Licence is that in the event of us not being able to resolve your problem we can contact Sage Pastel on your behalf for assistance.
